Typhoon Koppu is 12th one to hit Philippines this year and it is moving with very unusual slowness. It could dump a meter of rainfall over parts of the islands while it moves slowly and also brings destruction with its up to 200 km winds. Just imagine if this kind of "weather" were to hit the peninsula of Florida any year. We have already seen what one 1000 year rainfall could do to South Carolina.

Keep putting up your charts saying global warming/climate change isn't happening.
