A localized real estate bubble? That's a tough act to pull off.

Of course the price of real estate in desirable locations is always more expensive, but the factors which create a real estate bubble are national.

If it were easily possible to create a localized real estate bubble, every real estate speculator would be very wealthy rather than just a few.
