A warrant is not free it is in fact the same price as the
private placement i.e. 88 cents,
your calculations are based upon a misunderstanding. All members of the company are fully behind it, you should realise that we fully believe in our product.
At some time you may wish to understand the facts and deal with it accordingly. The issue of a private placement with a warrant attached is that those who fully understand the technology support the continued effort to take this product to market. No, the bargain that you have proposed does not exist, however the staff fully believes and will in fact place the money up that is needed to go into production
