I agree that MVPH/PRTI situation is very nebulous. PRTI shareholders never knew what hit them IMHO. I still don't understand how the company could be effectively liquidated without a shareholder vote. What does Puhr say about that?

But the trading halt is due to news releases as well, some of which have proven to be outright lies. Simply filing new financials won't get them off the hook here IMHO.
