The statistics that I looked at through google show that the Palestinian refugee camps wouldn't even rank in the top twenty fertility rates in the world. Although, granted, the statistic that I found for them was from 2008-9 and the statistic that I found for the top 20 countries is from 2014. Still, I would guess it hasn't changed that much. And still again, it is quite high at 4.4 births per woman.

The Refugees in Palestine are characterized as young population, 41% of them are under the age of 15 years compared to 39.7% for non-refugees. The report also noted that the total fertility rate for refugees in Palestine was 4.4 births per woman in the period between 2008 and 2009.
