Which scientist said that? They talk about risk management. They say that the risk of doing nothing must be mitigated. They themselves say there's not 100% certainty that certain scenarios will come to fruition in the next 30 or 40 years, but it's close. You don't need 100% certainty. I guess smug deniers, like you, do. Anyway, it's only the deniers that say with 100% certainty that climate change is a hoax and it's settled.
