Just got off the phone with PFG IR.

They are expecting to get assay results back for ~10 holes today or tomorrow. Barrick does not share a "hole" lot of information with them (sorry for the pun) but they do know that Barrick is very happy with the property and is continuing to drill. They now have ~40 stepout holes drilled and will soon start infill drilling. They currently have assay results for 11 holes (from previous releases).
The following rumours were shared with me, I repeat RUMOURS:
-Barrick getting 2 diamond drills moved onto the property (they are currently drilling RC to depth of ~250m)
-At the time of issuing the news release dated Sept 4 they had been expecting to receive the assay results from the 10 holes around Sept 16. It did not happen due to delays. The rumour is that the delay was because they came up with an exceptional hole and had to get a second independant assay done to confirm results. I do not feel at liberty to repeat the value of gold/ton suggested (don't want you to kill the messenger if it is not true).

Am I excited- you bet!

John.
