I agree with what you're doing Steve. When you talk about.... "...A billionaire who is not yet eligible for SS and puts his money under his mattress should be able to get us to pay for all his healthcare premiums..." There shouldn't be ANY billionaires eligible for SS. There certainly should be a means test. Take the lid off and tax them on world wide income though. It's the Christian way!
