Cruz is running for president for personal gain.

Politicians are probably best known for using their office to line their own pockets, so I am cynical about them in general; but what is there about Ted Cruz's past behavior or associations that GWB would even make such an accusation? Of all the candidates running, Cruz is at the top in my mind as the least likely to be doing that!
