Off topic: can someone help me out, I must be missing something.

I own 10,000 shares of a DOCU at a cost of $1.00 per share, I just got home and read the news that they landed a contract with the department of defense worth up to 77 million.

A little back ground on this company, I bought them because of a deal with IBM.

Didn't sell the stock because of an announcement that stated if they sold their software division, they would distribute $1.35-1.75 cash to shareholders if the sale goes thru and other conditions are met.

The sale goes thru.

Now my question is how can a company with only 12 million share float and a contract for up to 77 million and a cash distribution of up to $1.75 pending only sell for $1.12. Any and all insights welcomed, I know I must be missing something but I'm not seeing it right now.
