This looks like an act of desperation. It has me thinking the permits aren't coming so let's make like we are a tech company. I don't know. I've been looking for an entry point, now I am back to watching and waiting. This just doesn't look good. Having said that, I thought the share price would tank after this announcement. It didn't.
