Sounds like the new business plan is really to just supply raw material to local fertilizer companies. Verde will operate a small, low margin quarry. It will be similar to a sand and gravel pit business. But probably even that is too ambitious for these guys.

But probably they are following the Phoscan business plan: just collect salaries and spend down capital, putting out a press release every six months or so about 'exploring strategic alternatives'.
