For the record: I would love to see the MVPH deal dropped and we RMIL not issue the other 6 million shares for that portion of the deal (As per the 8-K filing). This would save us the dilution of the Rule 144 Legend shares in one year.

IMHO the SEC halt was probably due to the MVPH stock assets. If so that should be easily cleared up. Rumor has it that someone at MVPH may be sweating over this.
