In the 8 years under Dubya, not only did we have 9/11 but we also had 13 embassies attacked by terrorists. There was also the anthrax attacks, the Beltway sniper and a number of domestic terrorists incidents. So if Obama is averaging one a year, that is pretty good in comparison.
