Dr. White, << did anyone feel like they were led to believe there would be revenues from the Siemens deal yet in 97? I sure didn't get that impression, but maybe I missed something.>> There was an article in the SLTribune dated 11-19-97 ''We expect to be able to book a minimum of $2 million in revenue this quarter,'' said fonix President Thomas Murdock. He says those funds will come into the company as prepaid royalties or from purchases of fonix stock by Siemens at market rates. Murdock said he expects Siemens to begin using fonix voice recognition technology on computer chips used in its telecommunications products by June. That would pave the way for the fonix to begin receiving recurring royalty income, he said.
