Gene, can you explain to me why they have to wait 31 days to repurchase? If they have been selling on a daily basis for the last 12 months, I believe they can buy on a daily basis right now since day probably sold shares more than 31 days ago. It looks to me like this is a continuous process. I bet you that they are buying shares every day under our noses and we can't even notice it. They have obviously good reasons to keep the value of this stock low for as long as possible. They will need some time to buy back all the shares they have sold without getting the volume/price to high. UMSI management may also have reasons to keep the value of the share down for some time... remember, if they believe the stock will rise later, insiders will also try to accumulate the stock. Any good news may not be at their advantage right now. Does anyone can find out if insiders are buying UMSI shares? This is just a theory! But I believe it is plausible. We all know that when the financials come out there are going to be losses. Is that the reason why it takes so long for them to go public? Personally, I don't expect positive results until the end of 1998! or even early 1999! But I don't believe we'll ever have another opportunity to get this share at 0.8 or 0.9. I bought some at .10 recently. I see an opportunity... Sylvain C.
