The unfortunate thing about the MVPH stock is that, without it, RMCW brings very little to the table from an asset standpoint. Inasmuch as you are giving RMCW a substantial portion of this company (and diluting your original interest considerably), and there is little demonstrated business at RMCW, why bother at all? If the money was procured by RMCW, and is going to RMCW, what does RMCW need with OVIS? Why couldn't Puhr have done it before and on his own? What role, if any, did Morgan play in procuring the money? It should be an interesting audit.
