We will see who gave in too easily and who got the good/bad deal when the 12/31/97 financials come out from both companies. It seems that they will report separately at least one more time. I would imagine their respective numbers should be driven by the same market forces, i.e. they're in the same market so if one has a bad quarter it won't be a seasonality thing. My guess is that axent will look stronger and that all the whining on this thread about a bad deal will look silly. I'm of course talking about absolute earnings per share as well as growth over last qtr and the year ago qtr. If rapt looks better, you guys can whine even harder, but I don't think so,
