I was involved in such law suits a couple of times, both with much more legitimate reasons than the current ORCL suit. (Remember Media Vision???) Received lots of impressive paperwork. They send these to you automatically as long as you bought stocks during the specified law suit period. The lawers won quite a few millions for themselves. And of course, we investors got zip.. ORCL is a good long term stock. Just hang on. Regards, Kev
