Following the Motley Fool's methodology, we'd have ourselves a nic 40 X .95 = $38 next year.

Don't give the Motley Fool's too much credit. Valuing a company in this way has been around a long, long time.

As I see it, the only downside risk to Osicom is if Par and Witz are truly fradulent.

Witz is no longer associated with the company, other than still being a shareholder. So whatever he is or was might not be relevant, especially if Par and other Osicom personnel were unaware of it.
