Having nothing really to add, I've been a lurker on this thread for the past several months, watching my few shares depress in value. I appreciate some of the insights you've posted in the past. For what the shares are worth now, I would be willing to risk some unique action to undermine what appears to be a somewhat less than ethical corporate leader.
For the sake of myself and other lurkers, not familiar with what you are suggesting, what exactly does it mean to pledge my shares? Who signs what? What, if any, is shareholder protection? How will the shares be used in shareholder favor? What restrictions would there be to shares retraction from pledge? What can it prevent Palermo from doing? Things like that.
I have 5000 shares I'd be willing to pledge, if I can understand why pledging shares to someone I don't know will be possible resurrection from the bottom of the vortex we all seem to be in right now. Thanks.
