The worst hurricane in world history killed no one in Mexico .... whereas another hurricane in the same place killed 1800 in 1959.

That's a dud. But you can rejoice ... a guy in TX out looking for a lost dog slipped and fell into a drainage ditch and was swept into a drain, believed to be dead. That is great news for you guys.

The rain here is cold btw. No wind here, just steady rain. That's what PERMANENT DROUGHT caused by global warming looks like.

Not only no deaths, but Mexico's President claims NO MAJOR DAMAGE...

GUADALAJARA, Mexico — Hurricane Patricia— one of the strongest storms ever to make landfall — was downgraded to a tropical depression Saturday as it moved inland, leaving behind less major damage than feared. No deaths were initially reported as emergency crews made their way into the hardest-hit areas.

This capital of the state of Jalisco — ground zero for Hurricane Patricia's arrival on shore late Friday — was wet with some storm debris Saturday morning but mostly unscathed from the storm's wrath.

"So far, there are no reports of major damage from Patricia," Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto said in a statement on Twitter Saturday afternoon. "Our gratitude to all for your thoughts, prayers and actions. #PrayForMexico."
