In reality, since the hurricane developed so fast, they had little time to prepare for it. And we know what you wish for, you sick creep. Mexicans prepared for it and it save lives. Unlike in 'murica where they just let people die (as in Katrina). I know that "y'all" in Taxass will have major flooding (and of course will not be prepared for it).
