When I was 9 years old I witnessed a beautiful young spirit gliding through my bedroom. It was in the wee hours of the morning maybe 2 am.
The lights were off, however there was a light that glowed around her and I saw her perfectly while gliding past my bed. She turned her head and gave me a smirk it was like saying ''I know you saw me but I didn't want you to see me'' she glided through my closed bedroom door.
I lay in bed in shock, but I did get up and looked in my sisters bedroom then my parents room. Everyone was asleep. I turned the lights on in the hall by the stars and then in my bedroom. Although
I never saw her ever again I was always afraid that I would and kept the lights on all the time.

Years later one of my teachers in Jr high told the class about a ghost who had haunted her home several times, the description of the ghost was 100% exactly as what I had seen. It turned out this teacher lived 2 blocks away from me.
The ghost
was of a young lady age around 17 - 21, long blonde hair, wearing a nightgown that draped across the floor. The style looked to be from the 1700s revolutionary war but could be 1800s. This was a beautiful girl who must have died from some disease.
My teacher said this ghost was taking things from her daughter's dresser, and her things either went missing and thrown across the bedroom and stairway. She said she and her husband both witnessed this same ghost gliding down their stairway while they were watching TV.
