Builders: Up until yesterdays action, DHI was looking very good for an entry. I didn't like the way the tick dropped on volume, so yes, its probably a good candidate, but not so much as TOL is. LEN on the other hand is looking to be an excellent buy right now. Fortunately, that one operates away from the snowbelt where seasonality affects some of its competition. I'll do a little research and post what I find. The one caution I should add is that no matter how well any of the indicators look for a takeover candidate, you should stil buy based on fundamental and technical (if so inclined) analysis. The reason is that a takeover will drive prices up, but if for whatever reason no one is shopping, you still want to own a company that should appreciate in value. lastshadow
