I called Mary Lou(IR) and asked her what her opinion was on the call. She believes that the recent drop-off is due to concerns about the financing of the loan, which will be decided in January I believe.

Also(since I didn't follow all of the jargon from the call), she said that things are going better than expected(loss ratios are down from what they expected). The current street estimate for next quarter is $.12/share, and then $.18/share for the last quarter, from the only brokerage that has an estimate out on them. I did ask her if financing the purchase was included in the earnings estimates, and she said that she believed that it was.

What I found most interesting was the potential for purchasing HIP of New York, with over 4x the number of patients as NJ, and the news that negotiations could start as soon as six months from now!

I have to say that this picture looks good to me, I just hope that some other analysts think like wise.

Sitting tight,

Kevin
