Back in January/15 CCB did put out a NR talking about the off-take qualification process, which I would assume would lead to a NDA.

So perhaps there is on the horizon a potential NDA signing.

Having the chief as a major CCB shareholder, it comes as no surprise that he is downplaying the NDA.
