While not coming right out and saying, one could reasonable assume that Ballard and Ben-Gurion University have had a NDA. I would not expect any company to provide a list of NDA companies, at best one will be told there are X number of companies, but to give out NDA company names defeats the sprit of signing a NDA. Thoughts?
