GG you really are either naive or as you put it yourself an idiot. NDAs can't be listed by either company. Why do you think companies sign NDAs? So that their dealings can be kept secret. Get it they don't want other companies etc to know. What part of secret is unclear. Secret means you do not make public that you have an NDA or what the contents of the NDA are either. But mainly the contents of an NDA are fairly standard, the real secret part is that two entities have signed one. Once both parties agree in the case of Ballard and Ben Gurion University and ZEN then the relationship(s) are made public. Eg. when you have something to share with the world, otherwise NDAs never see the light of day. I can't recall ever seeing any company relationship made public with CCB, likely they have nothing to make public of any import.
