Well, I agree with everything you said, even the idiot part, though I don't appreciate your saying it, up to the part where you say "the real secret is that two entities have signed one". No, the real secret is the information the entities exchange under the terms of the NDA. The idea is to protect information that is exchanged between the two. I could not find any indication that the NDA itself was supposed to be kept secret, and if you think about it, why would it?

Nothing of import with CCB, huh? One potential end user has already informed them that they would pay $12-14k/ton for CCB's 99.9998% graphite. ASTM International has deemed CCB graphite to be worthy of consideration to be the nuclear graphite standard. Without having the PEA released yet, there is very little CCB can say beyond that which they already have said.
