Maybe NDA overload, but you did emphasize that the fact that the NDA exists is the big secret. I looked up about a dozen sources on NDA and none of them said the fact that an NDA was signed must remain secret. If somebody inquired about something covered in an NDA, would the company or person being asked not tell them that the NDA prevented them from talking about it?

The fact remains that NDAs are signed my many, many companies/individuals for many reasons. And as you say, graphite companies seem particularly secretive, so believing ZEN is the only one with them, or that CCB doesn't have any despite sending out multiple samples, goes against reason. As does why they are continually mentioned as being important.
