I am putting MRVL on my own personal reversal watch. They have totally fouled up properly reporting earnings for some time now. Done such a bad job that they have lost their accounting firm. I've seen this kind of thing before and generally when a company has a clean balance sheet it's just a question of time before the stock rises again.

MRVL is selling below book value with absolutely zero debt. They are laying off people and attempting to streamline the company for better earnings in the future.

I am willing to hold the stock long term and even pick up additional shares at a lower price than the 7.55 that I got in this morning if the stock falls further. I am sure more shareholder lawsuits will be filed soon enough.

MRVL MT/LT bought 5000 shares@7.55
