While I could not find the answer spelled out anywhere, I asked around (chief lol) and was told that the NDA is, in fact, to be a secret as well as potential info being exchanged. So neither ZEN nor CCB could name any of the companies they're dealing with. So Tidal Pool was correct in asserting that.
Hopefully, both companies will soon be in a position to reveal company names through sales agreements for gazillions of dollars.
