John and David:

With ACCO owning 15,000,000 share this is a dangerous position for shareholders. They are the marketmaker of the Gravis shares and can continually dump shares opnto the market and dilute out shareholder value. Since the daily volume on Gravis is <50,000 they can easily dump 10,000 or 20,000 a day for several days, which is pennies for them, and consistently squealch (sp?) a Gravis rally. On the other hand, the amount of money we are talking about is so inconsequential, that why would they even bother to go through the machinations. I am constantly amazed by the stupidity of people in high places ( specifically ACCO and Gravis mgt.)
