That shows your ignorance. You think concealed carry means criminals can carry legally. I'm confidant all states only issues carry permits to people who pass background checks ... in TX you have to provide your fingerprints, photo, and ID to the state police. No criminal would do that. I suspect a lot of Democrats would never pass the background check.
