Question: If Apricus have exchanged more shares for cash under the existing Aspire deal to shore up the finances, do they need to declare that when it happens, or can they just wait until they issue the earnings report next month? It seems completely off to me that we have gone this far with concerns about financing overshadowing some excellent news and they haven't done something about it.
