MRVL has been disappointing for many years (for the most part). My concern with them is that from watching over the years, it seems they are not run very well. They often talk up the company right before a downturn in their business. If they are victims of their own "vision", they could be ignoring advice from their auditors and that would be a very good reason for their accountants to take issue with the company. Looking at the charts, the price is right for speculation but their competition is strong and they've underperformed for a long while. Hard for me to get excited about them longer term but that is not to say this is a bad move on your part! GL! This last paragraph is true for MTSN as well, so I guess we're in the same boat - so to speak.
