He's not talking about meat metabolism, he is not against red meat consumption, per se, he is pointing out that modern factory farming and pharma are causing these animals and their meats to become unhealthy, and in some cases diseased as a result of the raising and processing procedures. He is advocating the consumption of more naturally grown animal products.
What? are you fkn nuts? All the crap you write about eating well, and you go off saying its all ok as long as its meat? EC is standing on more solid ground than you on this one. You ignore the oxidation question, you ignore the chemical additive question, --not just the cured meat additives, but the new stuff, the antibiotics, the post slaughter preservatives, the rest.

For 40 years I've been kind of a non red meat eater. I partake but do not enjoy regularly. It used to make me sick when I was mostly veggie. Gave me the chits. I learned long ago, when living in the pacific islands of Western Butfuk that if it makes you run, it will catch you sooner or later, so don't eat it. Unless of course you think your asshat is so tight that you can weather any storm. Fat chance that. Though maybe you are relieving the pressure by spewing from the mouth.
