Maybe it's because I haven't had enough coffee yet this morning, but I don't understand what your point is. You quoted a message here I posted in the ARET thread and then said something about late financials. I'll have to go re-read the news about the RMIL halt. I don't recall tardy financials being given as one of the reasons, let alone the sole reason, as many seem to think.... Tardy financials have always been a fact of life with BB companies. Never in my experience has a company's trading been halted because of late financials. Especially on the BB. Just re-read it at sec.gov and there's no mention of late financials.
