Well stated KerryB. How convenient that EZCH's earnings release will contain no forward guidance. I'm assuming this probably means there will also be no announcements about any new NPS design wins.

I'm sorry to say it but I've lost some faith in the integrity of what I'm hearing from EZCH beginning September 30. In addition to voting NO on the merger and FOR two new board members, I'm inclined to vote NO on all existing board members (with a possible abstain for Eli). IMHO it's time for a new board and new leadership that truly reflects the interests of all EZCH shareholders (aka the real owners of the company). This is a public company and not the private sandbox of a couple of guys in Israel.
