Whoops As a result of the unplanned plant downtime during the 2015 third quarter, CVR Partners will not pay a cash distribution for the quarter. CVR Partners is a variable distribution master limited partnership. As a result, its quarterly distributions, if any, will vary from quarter to quarter due to several factors, including, but not limited to, its operating performance, fluctuations in the prices received for its finished products, maintenance capital expenditures, and cash reserves deemed necessary or appropriate by the board of directors of its general partner. ----- I wonder if this will set up a great buying opportunity. Gotta listen to the call and see if the problem is over and done with and distributions begin again. I almost bought more yesterday at $9.55, but they shares ran away from me so I gave up. Now I might get to buy more around $6.50...... At least my CVRR delivered again, $1.01 in a quarter with a planned two week shutdown.
