Thanks for the scoop on the 5% deal. I am always amazed how creative some of these deals are. Somebody has to lay awake at night dreaming up this stuff. I am curious as to how leveraged Petersen was, however. Whose money it really was... not that it is all that important. Thanks for the excellent insight. I just wish I could be so creative! Rod
