Tartuffe,
I do understand your views on valuation and I have little to say that would be overly critical of your deductions. For the most part, I'm in line with your thinking. Even though I am and have been VERY bullish on EZCH, I don't believe management is "contradicting themselves" as you put it. They wouldn't likely contradict your views either, with the exception of your overly bullish analysis for the prospects of a stand alone EZCH.

Were EZCH to languish....... stock price wise, for the next 2 and half years in the mid to low teens..........

I am sure that all those who think the current deal is lousy would be asking for Eli's head for not making the deal in hindsight!! Even if the products were starting to show promise and the likelihood of adoption strong, if the stock was in the single digits or lower double digits, everyone here would be crying "dead money" or some such. Yes, there would be a few of the long timers who would "have faith" at that point, most would not, I assure you.

Your contributions to this board are well documented. I for one have appreciated what you've brought to the table, so to speak. I just think that because your long term view is very bullish, it's clouding your view of the short term decision made by management as to what's best for their company and (ultimately, for their) shareholders,
