If that merger were to happen, I can honestly say that I am GLAD that Apricus was able to make a deal with Allergan, before this merger happens. Can you imagine the amount of time that it would have took to get anything done on the Vitaros USA front if that merger would take place and Apricus didn't have the rights back already? It might have never been possible!

As far as your possible scenario. It's possible.

I have been an Apricus Investor for a very - very long time. Way back when, when I use to post in "lala" land ( YMB ), there were people there that would strongly believe that Pfizer had something to do with Vitaros not moving forward in the U.S. . I personally think that this "theory" holds no merit, but I do not know for sure. If that theory was true ( which I strongly doubt ), what would Pfizer do with Vitaros when the One Time Opt-In option comes around ( that's if this merger takes place before this One time option is presented to Allergan ) ?

It would only cost them $25M to shut us down or the same $25M to take it to market themselves. I think the second option would make more sense for them. But I am only applying this scenario to that old theory from that wacko board.
