Seth, I talked to NASDAQ about the share price issue and their response was that there is a lot of gray area, as to the actual price, how long it stays above 5, does it move below 5, if so , for how long, etc. They stated that they prefer, in a perfect world, that the company be above 5 for a month before filing and that they stay above 5 during the application process. However, when I asked if there are scenarios that could allow a company to be listed on the Nat'l while trading below 5, the answer was yes and several could apply. So we will stand a much better chance if we can maintain 5 for a few weeks before and after filing for listing, but these rules are by no means hard and fast.
