I think Shareholder equity is less than $17M from the last quarter's report, although I didn't check lately. With less than 17M shares outstanding, this MIGHT translate into $1/share. What I am more curious about is how this MERGER will be structured, since New Care seems to have the same amount of revenue, but only 10M shares outstanding.

I am trying to talk to Terence at IR to find out what the Hell is going on, and where this came from. If it is a rip-off, I am definitely going to talk to Reggie first before I make up my mind as to what to do. If we stockholders refuse the deal, I wouldn't be surprised if Reggie decided to walk, which would not be a good thing for the stock either. We need to get a lot more information about this from these guys! That press release was awfully light on the explanations, and especially annoying in that it didn't seem to come from Iatros at all, but from the New Care.
