Someone earlier here reported insider selling. Is that very recent selling, or selling from last month, but just recently reported.
If there was insider selling, then a few days later they announce a quarter at risk - that is about as bad as it gets, from an SEC perspective.
I do believe the SWRT acquisition is messing up RMDY. Probably also the competition from all other areas - McAfee, et al, is also hurting RMDY.
Damn. Mid-last quarter, someone I know who follows the company closely said last quarter would be at risk. Obviously, they made it last quarter. Just yesterday, my source said she still believed there were problems there, but based on her previous warnings, we both decided to ignore. Well, this is just the one that got away, at least I had no money in the stock at all. |
