So Mario Gabelli has been accumulating (through at least yesterday) over 5 % of outstanding EZ shares, all since the merger announcement, most at $25/share, some apparently with, and others without, voting rights.

Know it's speculation but why ?

New or no deal, arbitraging the 50-75 cents, other thoughts ?
