Hello,

EZCH purchased Tilera which did contribute revenues. A more salient point, IMO, is that Eli and the Board are passing along all of the upside (if any) from that purchase to MLNX at no cost to MLNX just as they are passing along all of the investment in NPS for no value to the shareholders of EZCH.
