Canadian equities versus US equities. I tried to post a Performance chart created at StockCharts.com which compared the YTD (end of October) performance of the S&P 500, the TSX composite, and the TSX Small Cap indices. It would not load here. It is a very telling chart, worth creating at StockCharts.com and looking at.

YTD Performance

S&P 500 - up .99%, so a hair under a 1% gain

TSX Comp - down 7.54%

TSX Small Cap - down 12.53%
